摘要
目的:观察清热燥湿、理气活血的中药联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将90例符合诊断标准的溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,每组45例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。对照组给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片、金双歧、复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗,在此基础上,治疗组给予口服清热燥湿、理气活血的中药进行治疗。治疗4个疗程,观察治疗前后两组患者的肠镜积分,腹痛、便血消失的时间,免疫球蛋白(Ig G、Ig A、Ig M)和炎症因子IL-6、IL-13以及临床疗效。结果:两组患者的肠镜积分、IL-13显著升高,腹痛、便血消失的时间、Ig G、Ig A、IL-6显著降低,治疗组的各项指标改变更显著;治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:口服清热燥湿、理气活血的中药联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者患者可以取得较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of clearing heat and dampness and regulating qi and blood circulation Chinese medicine combined with mesalamine enteric- coated tablets in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis. Method： 90 cases of ulcerative colitis patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group with no significant difference. The control group received mesalamine enteric- coated tablets,Jinshuangqi and glutamine compound enteric capsule in treatment. On this basis,the treatment group received clearing heat and dampness and regulating qi and blood circulation Chinese medicine orally. Four courses of treatment later,both groups＇ integral colonoscopy,abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea disappeared time,immunoglobulin（ Ig G,Ig A,Ig M） and inflammatory cytokines IL- 6,IL- 13 and clinical efficacy were observed. Result： 2 groups＇ colonoscopy integration and IL-13 significantly increased and abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea disappeared time,Ig G,Ig A and IL- 6 were significantly reduced. The indicators change was more significant in treatment group. The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： Oral administration of clearing heat and dampness and regulating qi and blood circulation Chinese medicine combined with mesalamine enteric- coated tablets in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis can achieve better results.
