摘要
从20世纪80年代以来，中国近代商会史研究一直是中国近现代史研究的热点之一，越来越多的学者把社会学、社会心理学、法学、政治学等相关学科的理论与方法引入商会史研究，摆脱了表象的陈述，越来越显示了商会史研究的特色，文章试图展现商会史研究的现状及动态，尽量发掘新视角。
Since the 1980s, the historical study of modem Chinese chambers of commerce has been popular with, more and more introduction of the theories and methodologies of sociology, social psychology, law, political science and other related disciplines. The researches aim at analyzing the characteristic of chambers of commerce rather than just superficial statement of the issue. This pa- per tries to showcase the status in quo and dynamic studies, and to discover the new vision.
