摘要
患者男,23岁。因"腿部斑块伴破溃5个月"就诊。皮肤科检查:躯干、四肢散在分布硬币至碗口大小的红色斑块,浸润感明显,部分已破溃结痂。经过活检病理及免疫组化检查确诊为"皮肤结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤"。
A 23-year-old male patienl presented with plaques with ulceration on leg for 5 months.. Clinically, coin to bowl sized infiltrated red plaque were seen on the trunk and limbs. Part of the lesion had rupture scab. A diagnose of extranodal NK/T-ccll lymphoma, nasal lypewas made based on clinical, histological and immunohistochemical staining.
