摘要
沙沱水电站坝体浇筑至337.0 m高程后,达到了闸墩施工的形象面貌。由于左侧坝段还处于低高程,右侧为预留过流缺口坝段,导致闸墩施工时交通不便、设备布置困难。为不占用门塔机模板吊装及材料吊运的工作时间,经反复对比后决定采用皮带机入仓系统承担混凝土的垂直运输。应用过程中成功解决了水分损失、外来水分侵入、骨料分离、细骨料损失等问题,混凝土强度、坍落度、砂率等各项设计指标满足要求。
The figure of sluice pier construction was formed when the dam body of Shatuo Hydropower Station was grouted to the elevation of 337m. However, the left part was still in a lower elevation and the right part was reserved as a flow -pass sec- tion, which restricted the transportation and equipment arrangement in construction of sluice pier. In order to avoid occupying the crane hoisting time of model plates and other material, a vertical concrete transportation system of belt conveyor was put forward after repeated comparison. In the application, the problems of concrete water loss, external water mixture, aggregate separation, fine aggregate loss were solved successfully, so the designed concrete goals such as strength, slump, sand percentage were real- ized.
