摘要
以某拖网渔船的导管桨作为研究对象,利用Fluent软件提供的RNG k-ε湍流模型和滑移网格技术对其进行了正车前进、正车后退、倒车前进及倒车后退四个象限的水动力性能的研究,给出了不同进速系数时的导管桨推力、扭矩系数及其周围流场情况。计算结果表明,导管与螺旋桨的推力变化趋势始终保持一致,第一、三象限与第二、四象限的推力系数和扭矩系数变化趋势刚好相反,而在第三象限出现了一股明显的绕导管外壁的流动。
With the RNG k-ε turbulent model and the siding mesh that provide by Fluent, the hydrodynamic performance of the ducted propeller of 42 m trailer is calculated in four-quadrant which including conditions of turning ahead and forward, turning ahead and fallback, turning astern and forward, turning astern and fallback. The thrust coefficient, torque coefficient and flow field around the ducted propeller are given. The result shows that the trend of change on the thrust of duct and propeller are almost the same. The trend of change on thrust coefficient and torque coefficient at first and third quadrant is contrary to second and forth quadrant, and an obvious flow which around out of the duct at the third quadrant.
