摘要
随着时间推移,水电大坝的退役与拆除是我们必须面对的现实。通过对国内外大坝拆除现状调研,分析其原因,并对大坝退役拆除所面临的一些重要问题进行了阐述,初步提出我国应尽快制订水电大坝退役拆除相关标准和开展大坝退役拆除风险评估研究等工作建议。
The retirement and removal of hydropower dams is the reality in the future that we must be faced. Based on the investigation and study on domestic and international dam removals, the reasons of dam removal are analyzed and some important problems in dam retirement and removal are also discussed. It is proposed that the standard of hydropower dam retirement and removal in China should be formulated and the risk assessment of dam retirement and removal should be researched as soon as possible.
