摘要
文章以弦线式多普勒模体为例,分析了彩色多普勒超声诊断仪关于血流测量部分的校准过程,并建立彩色多普勒超声诊断仪血流速度测量不确定度的数学模型,对血流速度测量过程中引入的不确定度进行分类和量化,较为全面地评定了各个不确定度分量,并求出了血流设定速度分别为50cm/s和100cm/s的相对扩展不确定度。
Taking the case of Doppler chord motif, the paper aims at analyzing the process of how to calibrate the blood flow measurement by color Doppler ultrasound, establishing the mathematical model of blood flow velocity's indeterminacy by color Doppler ultrasound, so as to classify and quantify the uncertainty in the process of blood flow measurement. Then we can fully assess the components of the indeterminacy and get the relative expanded indeterminacy which is set as 50cm/s and 100cm/s.
