摘要
喉返神经所处颈部位置结构复杂,因此颈部的一些操作或手术的不当可导致其损伤。本文从麻醉学操作以及外科手术角度列举了一些常见喉返神经损伤原因及预防方法,同时介绍了术中神经监测技术从而更早的发现喉返神经的损伤并予以治疗,从而提高手术的安全性与患者的预后。
Due to the complication of the location of recurrent laryngeal nerve,some improper laryngeal operation can cause damage.This article has listed some of the common cause and precaution of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury from the perspective of anesthesia and surgery operation.It also introduces intraoperative nerve monitoring which will discover recurrent laryngeal nerve injury sooner and give treatment,in order to improve the safety of the operation and the prognosis in patients
