摘要
以30份贵州地方辣椒为试验材料,通过苗期灌根接种法接种辣椒疫霉菌混合游动孢子囊悬浮液,鉴定材料抗病性,并对辣椒果形与其抗病性的相关性进行了初步分析。结果表明:30份材料中抗性材料1个,中抗、中感及感病材料各9个,高感材料2个。初步分析结果显示辣椒果形与其抗病性不存在明显相关性。
30 pepper sources were included with zoosporangia suspension in seeding stage to identify their resistance on phytophthora blight. Meanwhile,preliminary analysis of correlation between pepper fruit shape and their resistance was did.Results showed that,there were lresistance source,9 middle-resistance,middle-susceptible and susceptible sources,2 highly susceptible source.There was no significant correlation between pepper fruit shape and their resistance.
