开式循环吸收式热泵吸收器和再生器实验研究 被引量:3

EXPERIMENT STUDY OF ABSORBER AND REGENERATOR OF OPEN CYCLE ABSORPTIVE HEAT TRANSFORMER

摘要 针对基本配置的第二类开式循环吸收式热泵搭建系统实验台,以CaCl_2溶液为吸收剂,以湿空气模拟烟气,开展吸收和再生两个关键部件的实验研究。结果显示,设计条件下吸收过程的水回收率达到65.88%,出口冷却水温度高于50℃,可满足中温供暖的要求;气体入口处的切向进气孔对传质有强化作用,传质量比未设置切向进气孔的理论模拟值高2.74倍;变工况条件下,溶液喷淋量增加、冷却水流量增大及吸收器高度增加,传质效果均增强。再生过程中,溶液浓度及再生压力上升,再生温度上升;压力越低,溶液再生所需热负荷越小。 The experiment platform of open the absorption and regeneration components cycle absorptive heat transformer (OAHT) was buih up. The experiments for were done separately with the CaC12 solution as desiccant and the humid air as smoke. In the absorption experiment, the water recovery ratio from humid air was 65.88% and the temperature of the cooling water at the outlet was more than 50 ~C, which was suitable for heating requirement. Mass transfer was strengthened with the tangential gas inlet. The mass-transfer was 2.74 times more than the theoretic value without tangential gas inlet. The effect of the absorption would be improved when increasing the flow rate of solution, the flow rate of cooling water and the height of absorber. In the regeneration process, solution concentration and regeneration pressure increased, the generation temperature increased. The heat load was lower with lowering pressure.
