摘要 目的发现食源性疾病暴发线索,提高食源性疾病暴发早期识别、预警与防控能力。方法选取门头沟区2家哨点医院感染科就诊的260例腹泻患者,对病例人口学特征、地区差异、原因食品及购买场所构成比例和患者食源性致病菌检出情况进行分析。结果 2013年门头沟区哨点医院腹泻病例男性发病人数高于女性;以青壮年发病人数居多,职业以家务及待业发病最高。食源性致病菌检出率为17.31%。肉和肉制品及凉拌菜是主要的原因食品;原因食品所购场所主要来自农贸市场。结论食源性疾病的发生间接地反映了食品安全问题,应加强门头沟区食源性疾病哨点医院主动监测工作,完善食源性疾病监测系统。 Objective To identify the outbreak clue of food-borne disease and elevate the capacity of early identification,precaution and control. Methods Altogether 260 cases of patients with diarrhea in were selected from infection department in 2 sentinel hospitals in Mentougou district. The demographic characteristics,regional differences,source food and constituent ratio of places where to buy food,as well as detection of pathogens were comprehensively analyzed. Results The number of male patients was more than that of female. The patients were mainly young adults,and the major occupation was housework and job-seeker. The detection rate of foodborne pathogen was 17. 31%. Meat and meat products and salad were the main source foods and were mainly purchased on the farmer's market. Conclusion The incidence of foodborne illness indirectly reflects the food safety problem. Active surveillance should be strengthened in Mentougou district and the foodborne disease surveillance system should be improved as well.
