摘要
从工程管理的角度分析工程监理造价管理在人员配置、专业结构等方面存在的问题,提出在输变电工程设计、施工、结算阶段监理造价管理的重点及要求,这对输变电工程造价管理具有颇多的借鉴之处。
This article analyzes the problems in the personnel allocation and specialty structure in the cost management of engineering supervision from the perspective of engineering management.In addition,it presents the key points and requirements for the cost management during the phases of the design of transmission and transformation engineering,the construction and the settlement of accounts,which provides reference for the cost management in transmission and transformation engineering.
