电驱压气站的变配电系统配置方案探讨 被引量:4

摘要 天然气长输管道中,电驱压气站通常配置2台最大容量为63 000 k VA的110/10 k V变压器,但随着用电负荷的增加,常规设计已无法满足要求,需要寻求其他的解决方案。通过分析电驱压气站的负荷特性,结合压缩机组的运行工况,提出增加变压器台数或增大单台变压器容量两种比选方案,采用综合能效费用法计算,确定增加变压器台数为较优配置方案;同时对变压器的经济运行方式进行研究,结合工艺可靠性分析提出运行方式的调整意见。类似方法可供其他规模电驱压气站借鉴参考。最后提出了研究110 k V隔离移相变压器的建议。 In long-distance gas pipeline engineering design,two main transformers with maximum rating of 63 000 kVA are usually provided in 110 kV substation of electric-driven compressor station.However,such conventional design criteria can not meet relative electricity consumption requirement due to continuous increase of electrical load and other solutions are needed.Analyzed are characteristics of electric-driven compressor station and operation conditions of compressor unit and proposed are such two options as quantity increase of transformers or capacity increase of single transformer.Applied is the Total Owing Cost(TOC method) to analyze advantages and disadvantages of these two options respectively and it is determined that the option of quantity increase of transformers is more reasonable than the other one.Further researches on economical operation are also made and suggestions are put forward on account of process reliability analysis.Similar method can be used in other capacity of electric-driven compressor stations so as to promote the application level of transformers and finally proposed is such suggestion as study on 110 kV isolation phase shifting transformers.
