摘要
建筑施工图消防设计与竣工消防验收是保证建筑消防安全的关键环节,为确实提高建筑消防安全水平,列举了建筑施工图消防设计及竣工消防验收中存在的主要问题,从总平面布局、疏散楼梯设置、防火分区设计、消防车道及消防救援场地设置、消防设施设计等方面进行了详细的说明,并提出了解决的办法。
This paper lists the main current problem with the fire protection design of a building construction drawing and with the building completion acceptance. The general layout,evacuation stair layout,the fire compartment design,a fire lane and a rescue area layout,the design of fire- fighting device and etc,are illustrated with details.Additionally,the corresponding solutions are given.
