摘要
为探索紫花苜蓿适宜的干草田间调制方式,以"金皇后"紫花苜蓿为试验材料,采用不同程度压扁、不同水分翻晒进行干草调制,测定分析苜蓿干草干燥特性及营养成分含量,确定最适压扁程度及翻晒水分。结果表明:苜蓿干燥过程中,水分呈先快后慢的下降趋势,压扁处理苜蓿干燥速度显著快于未压处理(P<0.05),叶片保存率随翻晒水分的降低而下降。中度压扁、翻晒水分为40%时的苜蓿干草叶片损失率较低(P<0.05),粗蛋白质17.35%,相对饲用价值141.40%,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05)。通过数据分析可知,中度压扁结合水分为40%翻晒处理进行苜蓿干草调制,为适宜的干草田间调制方式。
In order to explore the suitable field modulation methods of alfalfa hay,the'Golden Empress' alfalfa was taken as the study object with different degree of flattening and tedding moisture.By testing the drying characteristics of alfalfa and nutritional components in the drying process,the optimal degree of flattening and tedding moisture were determined.The results showed that:during the drying process of alfalfa,moisture dissipation was fast at first and then turned slow,and the drying rate of alfalfa by flattening treatment was faster than that without pressure treatment(P〈0.05).The leaf preservation rate reduced with the tedding moisture decreased.The alfalfa's leaf loss rate by the treatment of moderate flattening with 40%tedding moisture was the lowest(P〈0.05),crude protein content and resonance frequency values were 17.35% and 141.40%,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of other treatments(P〈0.05).The suitable field modulation method of alfalfa hay was moderate flattening with 40%tedding moisture.
