摘要
慢乳蛾是小儿常见病，多发病，其带来的不适症状严重影响了儿童的生长发育及身心健康。慢乳蛾可以诱发多种全身疾病，如喉痈、痹症、水肿、心悸、怔忡，被视为全身感染的“病灶”之一。因此，及时有效的对急、慢乳蛾进行防治显得尤为重要。现代医学主要以口服抗生素治疗为主，但其效果不佳。笔者通过分析小儿慢乳蛾的中医分型及治疗，旨在为临床治疗该病提供更多的思路。
Chronic tonsillitis is a common pediatric and frequently occurring disease, the discomfort symptoms seriously affect children＇s health of body and mind. chronic tonsillitis can induce a variety of systemic diseases, such as laryngealcarbuncle, arthralgia, palpitation, severe palpitation, edema. It is regarded as one of the ＂focus＂ systemic infection. Therefore, timely and effective for acute and chronic tonsillitis control is particularly important. Modern medicine mainly use oral antibiotics therapy, but the effect is not good. Through the analysis of children with chronic tonsillitis type and treatment of Chinese medicine, author aims to provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.
