摘要
为提高高温工作场所员工对环境的适应性,建立人工环境舱模拟高温环境进行热习服训练。以16名健康的男性大学生为样本,在环境舱内通过跑步来模拟正常的生产工作,测量样本对高温环境的适应性,并通过配对样本t检验的方法分析热习服训练的效果;运用方差分析温度和相对湿度对热习服训练效果的影响;基于环境适应性改善的标准得到热习服训练效果形成天数。结果表明:热习服训练对提高员工环境适应性的效果是显著的;热习服训练的温度和相对湿度均对员工环境适应性的改善有显著影响,且温度的影响更大;在温度36~38℃,相对湿度50%~70%的训练条件下,热习服训练效果形成所需时间约为10天。
To improve the health and safety of the employees in high-temperature workplaces,effects of heat acclimatization training on employees' environmental adaptability were studied. A climate chamber was built to simulate high-temperature environments. Sixteen healthy male university students were asked to simulate manual laborby running. The physical work capacity was measured. The effects of heat acclimatization training were judged via paired sample t-tests. The influences of temperature and relative humidity were studied by the analysis of variance. The number of training days needed for heat acclimatization was obtained based on standard of environmental adaptability improvement. The results demonstrate that effects of heat acclimatization training on employees ' environmental adaptability are dramatic,that both the dry bulb temperature and the relative humidity significantly affect employees' environmental adaptability,with the effect of former being more significant,and that about 10 days are needed to form heat acclimatization in an environment of bulb temperature ranging from 36 ℃ to 38 ℃ and the relative humidity ranging from50% to 70%.
