摘要
设备综合健康状态评价对提高制造系统的稳定性具有重要意义,文章以特征参数作为失效依据,建立了设备多特征参数运行状态评价模型,阐述了设备健康指数的内涵,通过对健康指数的定量表征评判设备综合运行状态的优劣;在此基础上,运用高斯-牛顿迭代法建立时间与设备健康指数之间的非线性映射关系模型,求解并预测设备的健康状态以及维护时间节点。最后通过实例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
Evaluation of equipment comprehensive health status is of great significance to improve the stability of manufacturing system. The multiple characteristic parameters evaluation model of equip- ment operating state was established based on the characteristic parameters. The connotation of health index was elaborated and the comprehensive operating state of equipment was evaluated by quantifying the health index. On this basis, a nonlinear mapping relation model between time and equipment health index was established based on the Gauss-Newton iterative method to predict equipment health state and time nodes of maintenance. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method was veri- fied by an example.
