摘要
目的通过研究环境胁迫对龙葵形态特征及内在品质影响,探索出影响龙葵药材质量的因素。为龙葵规范化栽培提供参考。方法采用盆栽方式,利用不同浓度硝酸钾,PEG6000及氯化钠对龙葵进行生理胁迫试验。利用物理测量法对龙葵的形态特征进行测量,采用水分测定及浸出物测定法、UV及HPLC分别对龙葵的水分、醇溶性浸出物、可溶性糖、多糖及澳洲茄碱进行测定。用SPSS16.0统计软件对龙葵形态特征进行多元方差分析。结果龙葵在不同的胁迫处理下,植株形态特征表现出显著差异,水分、醇溶性浸出物、可溶性糖、多糖及澳洲茄碱的含量差异也较大。结论适当的干旱、高盐低氮有利于龙葵的种植开发。
Objective By studing of environmental stress on morphological characteristics and effect of Solanum nigrum inherent quality, explore the factors which affect the quality of Solanum nigrum. To provide the reference for the standardized cultivation of Solanum nigrum. Methods Using pot experiment, the use of potassium nitrate with different concentrations, PEG6000 and sodium chloride on physiological stress test of Solanum nigrum. The use of physical measurement of morphological characteristics of Solanum nigrum were measured, using the determination of water and extract determination method, UV and HPLC in Solanum nigrum water, ethanol soluble extractives, soluble sugar, polysaccharide and determination of solasonine. Multivariate analysis of variance of Solanum nigrum morphology with SPSS16.0 statistical software. Results The treatment of Solanum nigrum under different stress, plant morphological characteristics showed significant differences, differences in the content of water, ethanol soluble extractives, soluble sugar, polysaccharide and solasonine is large. Conclusion Appropriate drought, high salt and low nitrogen is conducive to the development of the cultivation of Solanum nigrum.
