摘要
针对现今叶片检测的效率较低与精度较差的问题提出了基于叶片STL模型的检测与计算方法。提取叶片STL模型的截面数据,将截面数据按照改进凸包算法进行准确排序。将排序划分后的理论数据拟合计算出激光测量头检测位姿,对叶片进行非接触式测量。将测得各特征点法向偏距与理论数据点拟合计算,求得叶片截面最大厚度。
Aiming at inefficiency and inaccuracy of the blade surface inspection, the new inspection and calculation method based on STL model has been put forward. The cross-section data has been extracted from STL model of the blade and the data has been sorted accurately according to modified convex hull algorithm. The theoretic data has been fitted and calculated to the pose of the laser. The non-contract measuring has been conducted to the blade. The maximum thickness of the blade section has been obtained by fitting the measured normal distance of each feature point into its theoretical value.
