摘要 采用快速试纸条法与实时荧光PCR法检测了大量稻谷、大米样品,比较2种检测方法的一致性。实验证明:采用快速试纸条法检测,测定时间15 min,测试结果准确率高,适用于水稻及其产品在种植、收购、运输、储藏以及加工等环节的现场检测,特别适合大量样品的初筛,能有效扩大监测范围,降低检测成本。 The detection of genetically modified paddy and its products has become a hot spot in the world. In this paper,a lot of paddy and rice samples were detected by the fast test strip method and real-time PCR method. The results show that: It need only 15 minutes by adopting fast test strip method and the results are accurate. It can satisfy the need of field decetion in the process of planting ,purchase ,transportation and storage for paddy rice and its products ,can effectively expand the scope of monitoring,reduce test cost when a large number of samples need detecL
