摘要
采用硝酸铟、硝酸铜和高分子材料作为静电纺丝的前驱体溶液,经过静电纺丝及高温煅烧,获得一维氧化铟/氧化铜复合纳米纤维,制成气体传感器,并对其气敏性进行测试及分析。
It mixing and stirring different amounts to obtain precursor solution, and then through the of the zinc nitrate, copper nitrate and polymer material, so as electrospinning and high temperature calcinations, obtain one dimensional In203/CuO composite nanofibers, making in to gas sensor. The gas sensing property of the materi- als is tested and analyzed.
