摘要
受施工工艺、环境以及温湿度变化等因素影响,混凝土结构裂缝在施工中时常出现,成为影响建筑使用寿命的主要原因。注浆技术作为一门新型技术,被广泛应用到混凝土结构裂缝修复领域。本文主要针对注浆技术在混凝土结构裂缝修复中的施工方法、技术特点进行简析,结合施工经验通过对浆液配比、施工机具、工艺流程的阐述,为现场施工技术人员注浆修补混凝土结构裂缝提供施工借鉴。
Due to the construction technology,environment and the variation of temperature and humidity,concrete structure cracks often appear in the construction which becomes the main reason affecting the service life of the building. As a new technique,grouting technique is widely applied to the area of concrete structure cracks repairing. This paper provides reference for construction technicians to repair the concrete structure cracks through analyzing the construction methods and technical features of grouting technology application in the concrete structure cracks repairing and explaining the grout ratio,machine and process of construction combining with the experience.
