摘要
反射裂缝影响着城市道路的美观和行车舒适度并缩短其使用年限,成为城市道路"白改黑"改造技术中的关键问题之一。鉴于此,采用经济合理且有效的措施防治城市水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层中产生的反射裂缝问题,对于提升城市道路行车的舒适度、延长加铺后道路的使用寿命、节省工程造价等具有非常重要的现实意义。为此,结合龙岩市华莲路(龙腾路-西安路)"白改黑"改造工程设计实例,在对该道路旧水泥混凝土路面进行调查检测评价的基础上,提出一个经实践证明有效的防治反射裂缝的加铺结构,即采用稳定型橡胶改性沥青作为应力吸收层及加铺沥青混合料的胶结复合材料,以期为类似的城市道路"白改黑"改造设计提供依据及参考。
Reflection crack becomes one of the key problem of reconstruction technology in ＂ white to black＂,which affecting the beautiful outlook,driving comfortableness and service life of city road. Given this,taking economic,proper and effective measures to combat the reflection crack in the asphalt overlay paved on the existing cement concrete pavement,being of great importance in increasing the driving comfortableness,extending the service life,saving construction cost of city road. Therefore,with engineering example of reconstruction design with＂white to black＂of Hualian road（ Longteng road to Xi＇an road） in Longyan city,basing on the investigation,inspection and evaluation of old cement concrete pavement,one overlay structure of combating the reflection crack which was proven effective by practices is put forward. The overlay structure is using the stabilized rubber modified asphalt as stress absorbing layer and composite binding materials of asphalt mixtures,Looking forward to provide the reference and basis for the similar reconstruction design with＂white to black＂of city road.
