21世纪,知识经济时代要求学术期刊编辑人员构建相应的创新素质。这种素质培养需由特定的情感储备、能力储备、知识储备、意识储备等诸要素组成,它的构建必须依附于编辑人员和相关部门双方面的配合和努力。
