摘要 介绍了燃气-蒸汽联合循环中汽轮机启动过程中的启动升程限制、转速控制、负荷控制、压力控制、补汽控制等5种控制方式,运行过程中的纯凝工况、抽凝工况、背压工况、全切工况等4种运行工况,运行工况的切换及切换过程中的两种控制回路。实践表明:这些运行方式及切控过程十分合理,为汽轮机和整个机组的运行提供了保障。 An introduction is being presented to 5 control modes during start up of the steam turbine in a gas-steam combined cycle unit, such as the TAB control, speed control, load control, pressure control and steam compensation control, and to 4 operation conditions, like the pure condensing condition, extraction condensing condition, back pressure condition and full switching condition, as well as to the 2 control loops for switching operation. Practice indicates that these operation modes and switching/control processes are all reasonable, which have guaranteed the safe operation for both the steam turbine and the whole combined cycle unit.
