摘要
选取10种不同材质纤维保温材料,通过比较材料的导热系数、含水率、回潮率、拉伸性能、微观纤维结构、燃烧性能(阻燃)与单位热阻价格,优选出充气式微型保鲜冷库的最佳保温材料。结果表明:复合保温棉(80%涤纶+20%腈纶)阻燃性能好,纤维表面光滑,导热系数为0.0330W/(m·K),含水率0.23%,回潮率0.19%,拉伸强度为0.23MPa,断裂伸长率138.96%,单位热阻价格8.71元/(m2·m2·K·w-1),是所选材料中最适合充气式微型保鲜冷库的保温材料。
Select 10 species of different thermal insulation materials,the best one of insulation materials was particularly preferred for the inflatable mini cold storage by comparing the properties,such as thermal conductivity,moisture content,moisture regain,tensile property,micro-fiber structure,thermal combustion performance and unit thermal price.The results showed that the composite insulation cotton(80% polyester+20% acrylic)owned well fire resistance,smooth fiber surface,thermal conductivity 0.0330W/(m·K),moisture content 0.29%,moisture regain 0.22%,tensile strength0.23 MPa,elongation at break 138.96%,the unit price of thermal resistance 8.71yuan(RMB)/(m2·m2·K/w).It was the best one of the chosen materials for the inflatable mini cold storage.
