以某桥架设为背景,重点介绍了采用TLC450型架桥机为主体结合移梁装置,架设车站及多线并行处450 t单线箱梁的工艺流程、架设方法及安全质量保证要点,并阐述了一些施工难点的解决措施,以保证工程的顺利进行。
Taking the bridge erection as the background,the paper mainly introduces station erection and 450 t single-beam erection procedures at multiple-line synchronization,erection methods and safety guarantee measures by integrating TLC450 bridge-erecting machine with beam-moving device,and describes some construction difficulties and solving measures,with a view to ensure the engineering smooth.
