摘要
结合目前规划编制体系中的问题,以山西省介休市北部新城控制性详细规划为例,从编制技术路线、主要设计方法、编制观念等角度出发,阐述了其编制过程中的几点思考,为小城市控规编制提供了一定的参考借鉴。
Combining with the problems of present planning compilation system,the paper illustrates the compiling process from the compiling technical routine,main design methods,and compiling ideas,combines some problems in the planning and compilation system by taking the controlling detailed planning of North New City in Jiexiu city of Shanxi province as the example,so as to provide some reference for the controlling and planning compilation of small cities.
