网店客户行为的错误理论评价模型 被引量:1

Error comprehensive evaluation method to online-shop customer behavior

摘要 以网店日常交易数据为基础,利用错误理论研究方法,构建综合评价指标体系,计算指标的错误值和极限损失值,求出网店错误损失值。然后基于消、避错理论,对重点错误进行消除,利于经营者降低网店的经营风险,提高经营决策水平。 Based on transaction record of online shops and error theory, a comprehensive evaluation system is established,the error-value and extreme loss-value are calculated,the error-lossvalue is gained. Based on error eliminating and avoiding theory,the focused error measured by errorloss-value is eliminated. The method can help operators to reduce targeted risk and improve operating decision.
