摘要
模拟量信号已被广泛引入PLC用于生产过程控制,却因易于受到外界干扰而影响控制的准确性,介绍了基于施耐德Quantum系列PLC的水轮发电机组现地控制单元(LCU)运行过程中,因模拟量输入信号受到干扰而导致控制不准确故障的排查及处理过程,并分析了故障产生的原因。
To make reasonable energy-saving measures, the energy consumption during the project construction are calculated and analyzed. On this basis, the measures are presented from the aspects of design, selection of construc- tion equipments and construction methods, and construction management, etc., which can be well referenced by simi- lar projects.Abstract: The analog signal, as a controlled variable in production process, is widely used in PLC, but its accuracy is easily disturbed by external environment. The paper introduces the troubleshooting and treatment process of an inac- curacy fault resulting from disturbed signal input based on the PLC of Schneider Quantum series during the running of LCU; besides, the causes of this fault is analyzed as well.
