薄层特超稠油油藏SAGD开发适应性评价 被引量:4

摘要 针对春晖油田哈浅1块油层厚度薄、原油黏度大的特点,开展室内物理模拟实验,研究了薄层特超稠油SAGD开发生产特征以及开发效果评价。在实验拟合基础上,基于数值模拟和经济评价,研究了油藏参数对SAGD开发效果的影响,并确定了SAGD开发的油藏参数界限。研究结果表明:薄层特超稠油油藏SAGD开发的主要采油阶段为蒸汽腔横向扩展阶段;实验最终采收率为39.7%,累计油汽比为0.199;在国际油价2 604元/t下,当油藏有效厚度大于15m,原油黏度大于20×104m Pa·s,平面渗透率大于1 000×10-3μm2,垂向渗透率大于50×10-3μm2时,采用SAGD开发具有较强的油藏适应性,能够取得较高的采收率和内部收益率,具有广阔的应用前景。研究成果对目标区块开展SAGD先导试验具有指导意义。 Block Haqian1 in the Chunhui Oilfield is characterized by thin reservoir and high oil viscosity. Laboratory physical experiment was performed to study and evaluate the SAGD development of thin superheavy oil reservoirs. Based on the fitting of experimental data,numerical simulation and economic evaluation were used to identify the effect of reservoir parameters on SAGD performance and determine the bound of reservoir parameters for SAGD. Study manifests that a majority of oil is produced during the lateral spreading of steam chamber in the SAGD development of thin superheavy oil reservoirs. The ultimate recovery factor and cumulative oil- steam ratio are 39. 7% and 0. 199 respectively in the experiment. When the international oil price is 2604 RMB / t,SAGD is practicable under the condition that reservoir net thickness is greater than 15 m,oil viscosity is higher than 20 × 104 mP a·s,reservoir plane permeability is greater than 1 000 × 10- 3μm2and reservoir vertical permeability is higher than 50 × 10- 3μm2. SAGD development with broad application prospects can gain relatively high recovery factor and IRR in this situation. Research can provide certain guidance to the SAGD pilot test in target blocks.
