摘要 超声流量计计量的准确性直接影响供需双方的经济利益,而管路结构是影响超声流量计计量性能的主要因素。文章研究调压阀、汇管、流动调整器、直管段等管路元件对天然气流场的扰动规律,表明调压阀噪声、汇管相对进出口方式、流动调整器类型、直管段长度对超声流量计计量精度产生较大影响,在此基础上提出改善超声流量计计量性能的技术对策。 Pipeline structure is the main factor to influence the performance of ultrasonic flowmeter which will directly affect the economic interests of enterprises. In the paper, pipeline structure, such as the pressure-regulating valve, the manifold, the flow regulator, the straight pipe section,has been studied to reveal disturbance laws. It is indicated that noise of pressure-regulating valve, relative inlet and outlet of manifold, type of flow regulator and length of straight pipe section have great influence on the accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeter. On the basis of the above, the paper puts forward the technical measures to improve the measurement performance of the ultrasonic flowmeter.
