摘要
文章介绍了直凝式地板辐射采暖系统,列出了目前常用的几种地暖管材的主要特性参数,并对这几种管材的综合性能进行了对比分析,提出了各自的优缺点。指出了铝合金管在直凝式地暖系统中具有较大优势,最后通过数值模拟技术验证了铝合金管的承压能力满足地暖系统所需的应力要求。
The paper introduced the direct radiant floor heating system, and lists the main characteristics of several commonly used heating pipes. The comprehensive performance of these pipes are also compared and analyzed. It pointed out their respective advantages and disadvantages. The results show that Aluminum pipe has more advantages in the direct radiant floor heating system. Finally, through the simulation technology to verify that aluminum pipe met the stress requirements of the direct radiant floor heating system.
