邓小平的廉政建设和反腐败斗争思想主要有:整个改革开放过程中都要反对腐败;要两手抓,两手都要硬;坚持走群众路线,但不搞群众运动;把教育和法律两个手段有机结合起来;斗争要坚决、持久,刹风要有气势;从反对特殊化人手,重点管好高级干部;权力必须接受监督,坚持民主集中制才能更好地完善党的监督体系;围绕党的基本路线,服务改革发展大局。习近平关于党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的重要论述是对邓小平廉政建设和反腐败斗争思想的继承和发展。
Deng Xiaoping＇s thought on building a clean and honest government and on anti-corruption campaign can be summarized as follows： the anti-corruption campaign should be implemented in the entire process of economic reform and opening-up,i. e. equal and due stress should be laid on anti-corruption and on reform and opening-up; adherence to the mass line should be upheld,but mass movements should be avoided; education and law should be integrated organically; the anti-corruption campaign should be resolute and durable,and greater pains should be taken to check unhealthy tendencies in an imposing manner; efforts should be made to oppose privileges and well manage high-ranking cadres; power must be put under strict supervision and the system of democratic centralism should be adhered to so as to further improve the supervision system of the Party; and the anti-corruption campaign should be conducted around the Party＇s basic line so as to serve the overall situation of reform and development. Xi Jinping＇s important statements on the construction of the Party conduct and of a clean government as well as on anti-corruption are the inheritance and development of Deng Xiaoping＇s thought on the construction of a clean government and on anti-corruption campaign.
