摘要
在高校转型职业教育的新形势下,地方高师院校遭遇新挑战。能否培养出适应地方基础教育的合格师资成为地方高师生存与发展的关键。通过对现行培养模式下毕业生实际工作能力的调查,反思现行培养模式亟须改革的方面,认为高师英语专业应尊重客观情况新形势,科学定位,突出师范特色,以语言基础培养和教学能力提高为纲,通过构建综合能力评价机制、优化课程设置、强化实践教学,提升学生教师技能和综合素质。
The transformation of local universities shifting from scholar cultivation to vocational education proposes a challenge. The key issue for them is to cultivate the future English teachers to meet the demands of educational development.This paper has carried out a survey on the professional skills of the graduates in order to test the limitations of the current cultivation strategies.Lo-cal normal universities should take the current situation into account.The cultivation of students' vocational ability should focus on the improvement of their language skill and teaching skill, which is to be realized through the establishment of testing system, the betterment of on subjects and more social practice of students.
