摘要 肝纤维化是对多种损害因素引起的慢性肝损伤所进行的修复反应。肝星状细胞(HSC)激活、增殖是肝纤维化发生、发展的关键环节。近年研究发现,微小RNA(miRNA)参与调控HSC激活、增殖等相关信号通路。本文就miRNA调控HSC生物学行为在肝纤维化中的作用作一综述。 Liver fibrosis is a repair response to chronic liver injury caused by liver metabolic disorders due to many injury factors. Hepatic stellate cell( HSC) activation and proliferation play an important role in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis. In recent years,studies showed that microRNAs( miRNA) are involved in signal transduction pathways related with HSC activation and proliferation. This article reviewed the role of miRNA in regulation of HSC biological behavior in liver fibrogenesis.
