摘要
目的探讨疏血通注射液与丹红注射液对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法选取我院3年间就诊的脑梗死患者共90例,将患者按照入院编号,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组患者各45例,对照组患者入院之后给予患者疏血通注射液治疗;观察组患者在对照组药物治疗的基础之上,再联合采用丹红注射液进行治疗,两组患者在接受定期治疗后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率68.89%;观察组总有效率95.56%,组间治疗效果比较具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论临床上在治疗脑梗死时,可以采用丹红注射液治疗方法,能有效改善患者治疗效果,提高预后质量,获得非常理想的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection and Danhong Injection on cerebral infarction.Methods Three years for treatment of cerebral infarction in patients with a total of 90 cases.The patients were in accordance with the admission numbers,were randomly divided into for two groups,observation group and control group with 45 cases in each.Group were admitted to hospital after giving patients treated by Shuxuetong injection;observation group patients in the control group drug treatment based on,combined with the Danhong injection treatment,two groups of patients received regular treatment,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate was 68.89% in the control group,the total effective rate was 95.56% in the observation group,and there was significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups,P〈0.05.ConclusionClinically in the treatment of cerebral infarction,using Danhong injection treatment,effectively improve the effect of treatment of patients,improve the prognosis and quality of life,to obtain the ideal therapeutic effect,it is worth to popularize in clinic.
