摘要
目的研究分析心律失常使用中医治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院2014年4月~2014年12月接收的110例心律失常病例来进行分析,将这些患者作为观察组和对照组进行对比分析,均有55例。对照组我们使用了中成药天王补心丸,观察组我们使用中医疗法,对两组患者的临床治疗情况进行对比研究。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率是92.8%,对照组的治疗有效率是69.1%,两组的临床治疗效果对比为观察组优秀,结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论心律失常患者接受中医治疗的临床效果比较优秀,能够有效的提升患者的临床治愈率,临床副作用比较少。
Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM therapy for the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods According to our hospital from April 2014 to December 2014 received 110 cases of cardiac arrhythmia cases to analysis,these patients as the observation group and the control group were compared with 55 cases.Control group we used Chinese medicine Tianwangbuxin pills,the observation group we use traditional Chinese medicine therapy,of two groups of patients with clinical treatment for comparative study.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.8%,the effective rate of the control group was 69.1%,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared with the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of arrhythmia in patients with arrhythmia is excellent,can effectively improve the clinical cure rate,the clinical side effect is relatively small.
