摘要
目的:评价辨证施护预防老年髋部骨折患者便秘的临床效果。方法:将212例老年髋部骨折住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组按传统方法进行护理,观察组在此基础上进行辨证施护,比较2组患者伤后、术后便秘发生率及术后生活质量,评价2组临床护理效果。结果:观察组伤后和术后便秘发生率分别为49.0%和33.3%,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后PAC-QOL评分总分为(58.11±15.86)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度高达92.16%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在预防老年髋部骨折患者便秘的护理中,辨证施护可明显降低便秘的发生率,提高患者术后生活质量。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of dialectical nursing in the prevention of constipation in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods： 212 cases of elderly hip fracture patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group used traditional methods of nursing while the observation group was given dialectical nursing, and the incidence of constipation before and after injury and the postoperative quality of life of the two groups were objectively evaluated.Results： The constipation occurrence rate of the observa- tion group after injury and postoperative were respectively 49% and 33.3%, significantly lower than those in the con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;The postoperative PAC-QOLscore of the observation group was（58.11＋ 15.86）% significantly lower than（81.69＋ 23.06） % of the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）;the satisfaction on nursing of the observation group was up to 92.45% significantly higher than 77.89% of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing in prevention of constipation in elderly patients with hip fracture for dialectical nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of constipation;improve quality of life, and which is worth to be applied in clinical
