华法林是临床上处方量最大的口服抗凝药,用于多种血栓性疾病的预防和治疗。近年来有国外学者提出了"华法林相关肾病"这一概念,本文就其相关问题进行综述。
Warfarin is the most prescribed anticoagulant for the prevention and treatment of thrombosis. The article is aimed to review the knowledge of warfarin-related nephropathy which has been put forward recent years.
