摘要
提出了一种基于LabVIEW软件和RS-485总线的锅炉测控系统方案。利用开放式图形设计语言LabVIEW进行软件编程,并通过Modbus-RTU协议实现控制端和现场之间的信息交换,通过软、硬件结构设计实现了锅炉管道内温度、压力的自动远程监控,通过实验验证表明了该系统的有效性。
The design of a boiler measurement and control system based on LabVIEW and RS--485 bus is presented. The software programming is designed using the open graphical language platform LabVIEW, and the information exchange between the remote control terminal and the scene field boiler is realized utilizing the Modbus--RTU communication proto- col. The automatic remote monitoring of the temperature and pressure in the pipe of theboiler is achieved by the proposed software and hardware structure. The experiment results show the effectiveness of the suggested system.
