塔河油田膨胀管侧钻水平井技术的应用 被引量:1

摘要 塔河油田177.8 mm套管开窗侧钻时,需满足地质避水要求,面临钻遇易漏及易坍塌泥岩地层的难题,要实现侧钻井眼的长久稳定,采用下膨胀管封隔不稳定地层两开次钻进技术是行之有效的方案。详细介绍了塔河油田12区部署的利用膨胀管技术封隔复杂地层的侧钻水平井TH12115CH的施工情况,并与前期的3口膨胀管试验侧钻水平井结果进行对比分析,总结了该项技术存在的问题,并从套管开窗、定向扩眼、钻头优选、螺杆钻具优选、水力参数优化及膨胀管固井等配套工艺技术方面,提出了解决问题思路,为后期降低该项技术推广应用成本积累经验。 When the φ177. 8mm casing in Tahe oilfield is in the process of casing milling sidetracking, it should meet the re-quirement of geological water avoidance;and in order to achieve permanent stability of the lateral drilling when there are prob-lems such as leakiness and collapsible mudstone formation, the expandable casing to block the complex layer drilling technolo-gy is a effective solution. The application of the technology in well TH12115CH in 2013 is introduced in detail in this paper, and problems of the technology are summarized after comparing with 3 pilot wells constructed in 2012. Finally the solutions are presented from the aspects of the casing window, the directional reaming, bit type, mud motor, hydraulic parameters optimiza-tion and expandable casing cementing technology and other supporting technology, thus to accumulate experience for reducing the cost of the technology.
