摘要 带表卡尺是百分表的一种变形结构,现有带表卡尺存在使用不方便和制造过程污染环境的缺陷。公英制双读数卡尺指示表通过巧妙的传动机构设计解决了用一把卡尺进行公英制两种计量单位的测量问题,在此传动原理的基础上,结合钟表计数原理设计的全指针读数卡尺指示表,读数方便,不需要电池,并可避免卡尺制造过程中的污染环境和有害作业,是一种新型环保节能卡尺指示表,详细介绍了全指针读数卡尺指示表的传动原理、机构设计和主要传动零件的参数计算方法。 The caliper indicator is a deformation structure of the dial indicator, and the existing dial caliper is not convenient for use and would pollute the environment in manufacturing process. The caliper with both metric and inch reading indicator solves the problem of showing both metric and inch units of measurement result by using one caliper, it is designed by a spe-cial transmission mechanism. Combining the principle of the clock counting pointer with the both metric and inch reading indi-cator, the pointer reading dial caliper is designed. It is a new type of caliper indicator with function of environmental protection and energy saving, and it is convenient for reading caliper without batteries, and can avoid the environmental pollution and harmful work in the manufacturing process of caliper. The transmission principle, mechanism design and calculation of param-eters are introduced in detail in this paper.
