摘要 超长地下建筑物伸缩缝处的防水构造是薄弱环节,地下室的渗漏问题是当今建筑的质量通病。从设计、施工2方面对大型地下室顶板伸缩缝的渗漏原因进行了分析,在此基础上结合苏南某城市天禧住宅小区地下室的施工实例,介绍了兼作覆土绿化或小区道路的地下室顶板伸缩缝的防水构造,通过凹槽式伸缩缝节点,用多道防线进行多层次、多角度的防水设计,有效地解决了地下室顶板的伸缩缝渗漏问题。 The leakage of underground structures is the common quality problem at present for the waterproof structure of expansion joints of super long underground buildings which can't be easily solved.This article analyzes the reasons of leakage from design and construction and takes the underground buildings of Tianxi residential quarters in southern Jiangsu province as an example,introducing the waterproof structure of expansion joints of it.In the project,the groove type expansion joint nodes is adopted and the techniques such as the multi-angle and multi-line of waterproof effectively solve the leakage problem for the super long underground buildings.
