摘要
网络政治参与是信息化时代公民参与政治生活的新形式和新途径,对增强公民意识,促进民主政治改革发展,加强社会监督,扩大社会公平正义等都具有重大意义。非法、无序和非理性等问题及产生的负面影响,亟需推进网络政治参与法治化建设,培育和增强公民的法治意识,建立和完善相关的法律法规,确立有效的政府回应机制,加强网络舆情、网络信息传播和网络政治参与的引导和监管。
Political participation via the internet is a new way and a new form for citizens to participate in the political life in the Information Age. It will play a great role in strengthening citizen consciousness, improving reform and development of democracy, enhancing public supervision, and expending social equality, etc.Sometimes,illegal, disordered and irrationalpolitical participation on lineis harmful to the development of democracy. Therefore, there is an urgent need for us to improve legalization construction of citizen political participation online, to cultivate and strengthen citizen＇s legal consciousness, to establish and perfect relevant laws and regulations, to establish an effective governmentfeedback mechanism and to strengthen guidance and supervision of net-mediated public network information dissemination and political participation online.
