摘要
我国海藻食品产业在世界上占据着重要的地位,海藻食品安全性已经达到可控状态,但由于与进口国法规和技术等的差异,重金属、农药残留等仍然是关注焦点。概述了我国海藻食品产业发展现状,分析了海藻食品安全性事件及原因,提出进一步提高我国海藻食品质量安全的对策建议,以保障我国海藻产业的健康发展。
The seaweed food industry of China possesses an important role in the world, and the quality and safety of seaweed food products have been greatly improved in China. However, there are still some problems to be addressed, such as heavy metal hazards and pesticide residues, due to differences in the laws, regulations and standards between China and importing countries. The current scale of seaweed food industry in China was described in this study, and the reasons of the seaweed food issues were dis- cussed. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to further improve the quality and safety of seaweed food, which will ensure the sustainable development of seaweed industry of China.
