摘要
针对王庄矿8101工作面采高达6.3 m,并且工作面回采过程中,必须正过断层构造等具体情况,采用相似模拟试验的方法,研究了大采高工作面过断层构造前的覆岩移动规律。结果表明,过断层构造时冒落带高度比普通中厚煤层高,岩层下沉量大;断层倾向与工作面推进方向一致导致支架受力和来压步距显著增加;8101工作面进入断层前10 m范围是压力快速增加区,应注意顶板变化并及时采取应对措施保障工作面安全生产。
The 8101 working face mining height are broken up to 6. 3 m in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,and in the process of mining face is must through fault structure,the specific circumstances,the similar simulation experiment,the method of large mining height are studied through fault structure in front of the strata movement regularity. Results showed that the crossing fault tectonic caving zone height is higher than the general in thick coal seam,strata subsidence; the fault tendency and direction of working face advancing in the support force and weighting interval significantly increased; 8101 working face into the scope of fault in the first 10 m is rapidly increasing pressure area,roof change should be paid attention to and take timely measures to ensure the safety of working face production.
