Sunlight photocatalytic performance of nano-TiO_2 co-doped with lanthanum and boron

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备La、B单掺杂及La/B共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂.以甲基橙为目标降解物,研究其太阳光光催化性能.结果表明:共掺杂可有效抑制TiO2从锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变和晶粒长大;La、B的协同作用使共掺杂样品光催化活性高于单一掺杂样品及纯TiO2;经过450℃热处理的La/B(w(La)=1.25%,w(B)=4%)共掺杂样品光催化活性最高,30min对甲基橙的降解率达到99%. Lanthanum doped,boron doped,and Lanthanum-boron co-doped nano-TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared with sol-gel method.Taking methylene orange as an objective degradation product,the sunlight catalytic performance of TiO2 nano-particles was investigated.The results showed that co-doping could effectively restrain the phase transformation of TiO2 from anatase phase into rutile phase and the grain size growth as well.Cooperative action of La and B made the photo catalytic activity of the co-doped TiO2 sample higher than that of single-doped sample and pure TiO2.After 450 ℃ heat treatment,the La/B(w(La)=1.25%,w(B)=4%)co-doped sample exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity.The degradation rate of methyl orange amounted to 99% under sunlight irradiation for 30 min.
