摘要
针对国务院扶贫纲要中有关扶贫开发的内容,利用线分类法,将扶贫开发信息分为3个大类、21个中类。利用顺序编码法,采用面向GIS的思想,对分类结果进行编码。新的扶贫开发信息分类编码标准解决了各地区信息分类不统一和原有编码体系零散的问题。该标准已应用到全国扶贫开发信息服务系统中,实现了地理空间信息与扶贫开发信息的无缝集成,为扶贫开发工作的空间信息化建设奠定了坚实的基础。
In order to construct national poverty alleviation and development information service system of China and the database of the system, it is a prerequisite to create a novel scheme for the classification and coding of poverty alleviation and development information. The method of linear classification was applied to classify the poverty alleviation and development information into three major classes and twenty-one middle classes. The sequence coding method together with the thought of GIS-oriented was used to code the classification results of the poverty alleviation and development information. The novel classification and coding scheme has been applied to the national poverty alleviation and development information service system, which lays a solid foundation for geo-information development of China's poverty alleviation and development.
